The Board of Directors for Stonegate Development Group, LLC consists of CEO’s of five real estate entities who are investor members of various Stonegate entities. These CEO’s represent direct development experience in residential land, apartment construction and management, commercial and industrial development and management, banking, and mortgage lending.

Gordon D. Youde • Stonegate Development, LLC - Owns a land portfolio of three thousand lots in Riverside County and is Manager for the largest new master planned community in San Diego County.

Jess Frost • The Frost Companies, LLC – Acquires raw land, entitles, develops and manages apartment projects.

Don Oliphant • DWO Enterprises, Inc. - Owns and manages industrial projects coast to coast.

Thomas H. Purcell • Spring Creek Investors, Inc. - Manages a portfolio of retail, office, and land development projects.

Carl Gregory • Fullerton Community Bank - A locally owned, community-oriented, full service bank, which has grown steadily since its founding.
